It’s always a panic when you only have a few weeks to go until your big day, and you’re constantly worrying about having to look perfect and hope to fit into your wedding dress. Trust me, I know. Quick fad diets won't work and there's no easy way out apart from training hard and putting the time and effort into what you eat and working out. Gyms are so repetitive and get boring after a while, 30mins on the treadmill whilst staring at a blank wall, to waiting to use the machines for some light bulking isn't my kind of fun.
